Luke 18:8b… “Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?” The bride seems to have spent so much time looking for the perfect husband that she’s missed working on becoming the bride.
The past 10 years of really seeking the Kingdom on earth (in Malaysia) has brought about an understanding that we cannot expect peace and love on earth apart from Jesus. And when we seek the peace and love of Jesus, we must expect enmity with the world. Seeking what the world calls peace and love does not leave to the same place at all!! But that is not the Kingdom of Jesus.
I have had to divorce myself from the EXPECTATIONS of the world which were the cause of all my FEAR. What we expect for tomorrow MUST be based on what the Lord is doing IN the world for the LOST, and not what world history has taught us to DESIRE. The world impresses FEAR. Our Lord enables FREEDOM. And this is the litmus test for every action, there is only FREEDOM in the KINGDOM and we’ve been given the invitation to enter.
